What reaches us

Purposes

Who else sees it

With your consent, the commission networks sitting behind our Atlantis button get a click identifier together with technical details of the visit, which they need to pay commission. Our web host and any analytics vendor act as processors under contract. No personal data is sold to anyone for cash.

How long it is kept

Raw access logs are deleted after roughly a month. Analytics records are held no longer than 14 months. Emails are archived until your question is settled, then for a limited follow-up window before deletion.

GDPR rights (EEA and UK readers)

Under the GDPR you can see the data held about you, have mistakes fixed, have records erased or their use limited, take a portable copy, object to particular uses, and cancel consent you gave earlier. Complaints can additionally reach the privacy regulator in your country of residence or employment.

CCPA/CPRA rights (California readers)

Californians are entitled to learn which categories and specific pieces of personal information this site holds, to have them deleted or corrected, and to stop their sale or their sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. Your browser's GPC header counts as that request automatically. Asserting these rights costs you nothing and leaves the guide fully readable.

Children and teenagers

This guide is written for adult travellers. Information sent to us by anybody younger than 18 is deleted once noticed; a parent or guardian who spots this can write to privacy@poolensplay.com.
