Terms of Use
How this page earns its keep — This site contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you follow a link and make a booking/purchase or download, at no extra cost to you. (Posted by poolensplay.com.)
Reading, not reusing
You are welcome to read poolensplay.com for your own trip planning. Copying the guide wholesale, harvesting it with automated tools, wrapping it inside another site or probing the servers for weaknesses is not permitted.
Minimum age
poolensplay.com is meant for those aged 18 and up. If the place you live sets 21 as the threshold, you must be 21.
Our position relative to the resort
Bombas LLC is neither an owner nor an operator of Atlantis Paradise Island, and has no such link to the alternative hotels either. Its income from these pages is limited to affiliate commission on bookings made after a click.
Other companies' services
Atlantis, the alternative hotels and any reservation website are separate businesses. Their nightly prices, resort charges, government taxes and cancellation terms may move at any time, and whatever you agree with them is between you and them. We accept no liability for their conduct, their sites or their bills; please check the final terms on their side before paying.
How accurate the guide is
Every update is checked, yet a resort this large changes faster than any guide can track. The content is supplied without warranty of completeness or currency.
Copyright and names
Wording, page design and graphics are the work of Bombas LLC unless marked otherwise. Atlantis and every other hotel name mentioned remain trademarks of their holders; we use them purely to identify the Bahamian properties discussed.
Which law applies
Any disagreement over these terms is decided under the law where Bombas LLC has its establishment. Protective consumer rules in your own country that no contract can override still apply to you in full.
Boundaries of the dossier
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. poolensplay.com keeps to that scope on every page.
