What this inbox is for

• Corrections. Something described here is out of date or wrong. These are the most useful messages we receive.
• Suggestions. A property you think belongs in one of the four categories, with a sentence on why.
• Editorial questions. Why something was included, excluded or described the way it was.
• Press and permissions. Requests to quote or reference the writing here.

What it is not for

We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a reservation. This site is not an agent, a reseller or an affiliate of any property it describes, and it has no access to any hotel's booking system. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly — they will answer faster and correctly.

Offers to buy placement, links or favourable wording are not taken up, and are not replied to.
